Imkaan have completed our submission regarding the Domestic Abuse Statutory Framework, alongside the Statutory Guidance on Safe Accommodation. Unless rooted in equalities and an understanding of structural inequality- the wider Statutory Guidance that accompanies the Domestic Abuse Act’s implementation could have a devastating impact on our member service.
